Dear Bob and family,
You and your siblings have been through so much over the last year. Words are very little comfort now, nor can they express the depth of emotions one goes through. We believe that every mark of affection and every gesture of friendship given to your family at this time are signs of God’s presence and peace for all of you. With our very deepest sympathy and prayers.

Dearest Carol and Family,
I was so saddened to hear of the loss of your Mom so shortly after your Father. It is comforting to know that they are now together. It has been a long time since I last saw your Mother but I vividly remember her as being a very welcoming and charming woman. She will be missed. Thinking of you.
Fondly, Brenda Cooke Boyar

Dearest Carol and family,
I feel for you greatly at this time. You have all gone through so much these past few months that I don't believe any words can truly help. But rest assured our deepest thoughts are with you and the spirits of Von and Ed.

Dearest Carol and Family:
Too soon to be signing a guestbook again.
And once again, as with Ed, I only met Von a couple of times...but even with only dinner or a drink on the deck (I think I can even recall being warm), I could see and feel the kindness, humour and the character shine through.
Another great loss, for you, your family, and all of her friends.
I would hope to count myself, and of course Daisy, among the latter.
Love,
Dan O'Connell

Mrs. Berringer may you rest in peace.
Nobody delighted or suprised me more than you. Your keen sense of observation combined with your sharp wit made for the most entertaining interactions. Estelle Getty had nothing on you. You are The Golden Girl. May you shine on!!

Dear Carol, Gord, Rob and Sharon, Words can't express how I feel about Von's passing. All I can say is you all know how much she and Ed mean to me. All those roast beef dinners...and of course cocktail time. Just know they're probably doing crosswords and having a few nips right now, together in heaven. My deepest condolences to everyone. Much love.

To Carol, Sharon, Gord, Rob, and the rest of the Berringer family,
My heart goes out to all of you on the loss of Von, so soon after Ed. I just want to say how much I loved your Mom, and how much I'll miss her. I will remember her for her kindness, her sense of fun, and also for her great style ... everything she did, she did well. She and Ed are together now, and I will remember them always.
