Veronica DIELWART Obituary

DIELWART _ Veronica Maria Veronica Maria Dielwart passed away at the Agape Manor Hospice after a courageous battle with cancer on Monday, August 9, 2004 at the age of 89 years. Veronica is survived by her four loving children, Hank, George (Pam), Marlies (Don) and John (Anna). She will be sadly missed by her twelve grandchildren, Tamarra, George Jr., Jeremy, Melissa, Heath, Shila, Holden, Monique, Raelee, Jared, Lane, Sam as well as lovingly remembered by seven great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Henricus in 1955. Veronica and her husband emigrated from Holland and settled in Bowness with their four children in 1954. After losing her husband to cancer in 1955, she raised her children on her own with the help of Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church Community. Veronica will forever live in the hearts of all the friends and people that consider her family. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church (7624 - 39 Avenue N.W.) on Friday, August 13, 2004 at 11:30 a.m. with Reverend Leonard Hagel, Presider. If friends so desire, memorial donations in Veronica's memory may be made directly to the Agape Manor Hospice (1302 - 8 Avenue N.W., Calgary, Alberta T2N 1B8) or to the Alberta Cancer Foundation c/o Tom Baker Cancer Centre (1331 - 29 Street N.W., Calgary, Alberta T2N 4N2).
