Like so many here, I have been binge-watching Offspring. I was shocked to see the notice at the end of Season 6, Episode one, that said Victor Campbell Allsop had passed! He was the perfect actor for that part, as he really did have a youthful demeanor and lots of sex appeal, just as his character, Darcy, was portrayed as having. I'm sure you will be missed by many, dear Soul. RIP.

Such a great actor. I watched his show Offspring and was so sad to realize he actually passed not just on the show. That must have been difficult for both personal and tv family. Condolences and Blessings to the family.

I too have been binge watching offspring. I was so sad to see Darcy pass on the show and in real life. He seemed to be a wonderful man and full.of joy. Thank you for sharing this post with us as a living memorial. God Bless all of you.

Stella Allsop, I am so very sorry to learn of your Grandad's passing. I just started watching Offspring on Netflix a week ago and ever so sadly Darcy passes away in the show, only to see the dedication to Victor Campbell Allsop at the end of that episode, he really did pass away. I was so shocked. I really enjoyed watching him in the show. Such a handsome man and pleasant actor. I take it he played the guitar for many years? My condolences to you and your family all the way from Babylon, NY.

How sad! Just got to the end of S6 E1 & was also shocked to find this fabulous, good looking actor had actually died too, condolences to his family & may he be already & continue to rest in peace

Stella, I've been binge-watching "Offspring", and saw that Season 6, Episode 1 was In Memory of Victor Campbell Allsop.
Not knowing the name, I researched it, and found your post. I don't know you, but felt moved to respond. Never stop sharing photos and stories about your grandad. That is the best way to keep him alive in your heart, always. May his memory be a blessing, to you and your family, forever.

When I found this page I was speechless. Yesterday was my 13th Birthday and my dear Grandad Vic passed away about five years ago and I miss him every day. The last thing he said to me lying in the hospital bed after his stroke is that he reconised my 'little touch' as I was only 8 years old. I am sad to know that he did not see me grow into the person I am today and I miss him dearly. You truly never know what you have until it gone.
