Charlotte, North Carolina - Vincent L. Cardinal, age 79, died on Sunday, February 12, 2023. He was born to the late Vincent J. Cardinal and Faye Netherton Cardinal, in New York City on October 2, 1944. After moving to Newell, North Carolina, he attended Newell schools, East Mecklenburg High School, and Appalachian State College. He joined his father in real estate and later The Ervin Company before creating his own commercial real estate company, Real Estate Equity Management until his retirement.
He is survived by his daughter, Amelia Cardinal Whitted of McAdenville, NC, his son, Brandon Cardinal of Woodside,New York, granddaughter, Jessica Lauren Whitted of McAdenville, NC, sister, Betty (William) Cardinal Hough, brother, Roger Cardinal.
