Vincent John ""Vince"" Engerer

Vincent John Engerer, affectionately known as "Vince," passed away on June 30, 2024 in Canton, Michigan at the age of 64. Vince was born on June 11, 1960 in Detroit, Michigan to Marion Craig-Haggart and the late Alfred Engerer and grew up with his three younger brothers, Dave, the late Scotty, and John, and his younger sister, Jacqueline.

He was a loving and dedicated father to Elyse and Noah and joyfully welcomed into the family in recent years Elyse's husband, Adam London, their daughter, Emerson "Sonny", and Noah's wife, Megan Broyle.

Vince shared the past 12 years with his devoted wife and partner, Kate Lambert, her son and grandson, Salvatore and Dominic Ponzio, and her daughter and son-in-law, Christina Ponzio and Benjamin Briere.

Vince will be remembered by family and friends for his expansive Snoopy collection as a Peanuts' aficionado, his creative and entrepreneurial spirit as a small business owner, his tremendous loyalty and devotion to his family, and the incredible kindness he extended to all. He will be deeply missed by family, friends, and all who knew him.

A celebration of Vince's life will take place at Vermeulen-Sajewski Funeral Home at 46401 Ann Arbor Road West, Plymouth, Michigan 48170, beginning with a visitation on Friday, July 12 from 1-8 p.m. and concluding with the funeral service on Saturday, July 13 at 11 a.m.
