On Friday, June 13, 2003, age 95, at Country Meadows, a lifelong resident of Sheraden; husband of the late Bessie M. and Mary S.; father of Dolores "Dee" Rager Young (Skip) and Ronald W. (Janet) Eisenbach; step-father of Joann Betzler and the late Carole Myers; brother of the late Ethel Hermandorfer of FL; also 14 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Mr. Eisenbach was a retired manager of Bell Telephone Co. with 50 years of service and a member of the Telephone Pioneers. He was a 33rd degree Mason and member of the Scottish Rite Valley of Pittsburgh, Past Master of Crafton Lodge #653, where he was a member for 57 years. He was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Sheraden for 51 years, having served on Church Council for 30 years. He served as Chairman of the Building Committee, Financial Secretary and President of Brotherhood, member of the Golden Age Club of Sheraden and a longtime member of the Kiwanis Club of Sheraden. Visitations on Sunday, 2-4 and 7-9 at the SPEER-ANTHONY KAPRIVE FUNERAL HOME 2927 Chartiers Avenue, Sheraden, Pgh, with services on Monday at 11am at the Trinity Lutheran Church, 3102 Sherwood Ave., Pgh, 15204. If desired, contributions may be made to the church.
