I was saddened to hear of Wayne's passing. I played in Everyday People with Wayne for a few years and I was inspired by his dedication to his music. His energetic and positive approach to everything he undertook and his ever present cheerfulness was of great benefit to all. I remember Wayne constantly practicing on his keyboard, emulating two of his heroes, Jimmy Smith and Jimmy Hendrix. I never met his family, but I would like to send my deepest condolances to them.

Wayne really was a great teacher, musician, family man and spirit. He really loved the HVAC trade and he really made a great impression on all who got to know him. He will be missed and remembered. I did not know he had roots from the Windsor area.

Wayne played in my band "Everyday People" in the 70s and I respected him as a musician and friend. Wayne recorded one song with us that is included on a CD that I have just released in the past 6 months. I have his name listed in the credits. His brother Gary was another friend that I met through Wayne. I didn't get a chance to meet Wayne's wife and children as after I knew Wayne I moved to Nova Scotia and we lost touch, but I would like to send my condolences to them, and tell them that to me he was a great person and musician and I feel sad that he is gone at such a young age. If any one in his family is interested in the CD that Wayne is on, feel free to contact me through this email address.
May peace be with you in your time of sorrow.

As a fellow musician today, we say goodbye to one of our own, Wayne Boismier. I knew Wayne for over 30 years… and played in countless bands with him. At one point we worked together for 10 years without a break. He was my musical brother.
Wayne was one of the nicest people to ever grace the stage. He had a zest for life and inspired all those around him.
Though it is sad that we no longer have him here, it is even more wonderful that we ever did.
My thoughts to his wife Leila and children and to his family all of whom I got to know over the years.

Wayne will always be in my thoughts as such a warm and spiritual being. The concert he gave us at the family reunion really reflected his love of music and incredible talent. Remember the love.
Sincere condolences Jackie

Loving memories of Wayne. To his family and friends, Wayne was a spiritual person who loved all of those he came in contact with. He brought joy to our family gatherings with his caring manner and his quick wit. Wayne was always a comfort to my mother after the loss of her husband, his father Omer. Nothing was more important to Wayne than his family, especially his children. His memory will live on in all of us.
