William Perry Bowlin, Jr.

William "Rocky" Perry Bowlin, Jr., 63, of Jefferson, TX, died Tuesday, June 4th after a short illness.

He was born November 13, 1960, in Shreveport, LA, to William Perry Bowlin, Sr. and Virgnia Curry. Rocky attended Huntington High School. Rocky went on to work in the family business and later worked in the oil industry. Rocky was an avid outdoorsman where hunting and fishing was his passion. Sharing the craft with his close family and friends. Rocky enjoyed hunting and fishing all over the country and the world. Rocky was also known for his "Monterey Magic". Rocky enjoyed his trips to Jamaica and hunting time with the love of his life, Sheila. Rocky was an outlaw in the truest sense, easily picked out in a crowd in his overalls or coveralls. Rocky was a true friend and brother to those that he allowed to know him. And those that did, will forever cherish their time with him. His life will forever be cherished through his brothers, nieces and nephews, family and friends.

Rocky is survived by his brothers, Doug Bowlin and wife Heather, Jon Bowlin and wife Annie, Kellie Alagic and husband Gorjan, Courtney Jones and husband Rich. Nieces and nephews; James Bowlin and wife Stephany, Hannah Rhoades and husband Dusty, Brandon Bowlin and wife Macy, Daniel Bowlin and wife Danielle, Brett Bowlin and wife Jewel, Austin Bowlin and wife Hannah, Conner Bowlin and partner LaLondra Scott, Sydnie Bowlin, Adrian Alagic, Evan Alagic and Lucas Alagic, and many great nieces and nephews. Rocky is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles and cousins, not to forget his best friends Frank Hicks and AD Johnson, whom he cherished many good times with.

He was preceded in death by his, Mother Virginia A. Curry, Father William Perry Bowlin, Sr. and wife Arden Bowlin, brother Brian Scott Bowlin, and life partner Shiela Mosley.
