Over so many years, Billy brought us MANY smiles and much laughter. He will be missed by many. Billy is with our Lord who he has served and loved, and is joyfully preparing a big party for the family he loved so much and for his abundant friends. Dear Cochran Family,
Our hearts are so saddened by the loss of Billy. He has been a true and loyal friend to David through the years. They have shared so many of life's experiences together and supported each other as only a true friend could do. The many memories are cherished and now as Billy has left us for his new life with God, we will look forward to the next reunion in heaven to hug him again.
