William Conrad Czeschin

William Conrad Czeschin went to be with his Heavenly Father on January 19th 2016 at his home in Crowley Lake, CA. He was surrounded by his loving family and friends.

Bill was born July 19, 1944, to Dorothy and Edwin Czeschin of Chino, CA. He was a Boy Scout for years, and loved to swim. Bill was on the Chino High swim team and held records there for years!

He was 71 years old and had spent most of his life in the Eastern Sierra raising his family and operating an appliance sales and service business. He moved to the Eastern Sierra in 1969 and loved the outdoors and living here. He also started Sierra Bill's Recreation in the early 1970s. Bill loved to ski, hike, fish, snowmobile, spend time with family, sail and travel. He was always ready for life's next adventure.

Bill was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1976 but kept a good outlook on life and was an inspiration to us all.

Loving dad of 5, Grandpa of 14, Great Grandpa of 3. Bill is survived by his wife, Kim, daughter Carri VanderStelt (husband Rich, their children, Ashley and Jay Garrison, and their children, Jaren and Jantz, Kyle VanderStelt, Bryce and Brynli VanderStelt), son, Billy Czeschin(wife, Megan, their children, Wyatt, Whitney and Willow), son, Danny Czeschin (wife, Misty, their children, Asher, Austin and Rainey), son, Tommy Czeschin (wife Windsor, their children, Owen, Raegan, and Nixon) daughter, Aimee McWhorter (husband, Sean, their children, Rylan and Finn). Bill is also survived by his sister Molly Kay Cote (husband Jerry), and brother, Jerry Czeschin.

A celebration of Bill's life will be held at Calvary Baptist Church, 1100 West Line Street, Bishop, CA, on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at 1:00 PM.
