Frecker Family,
My deepest sympathy to all of you at this time. I met Bill the day he started working at COGOs many years ago! We all share in your loss as he was friend, family and often times a father to many teens if they wanted to hear his advice or not . Bill knew our names and a little bit about each of us, meaning "everyone that lived in Peters Township".He was certainly a joy to know and he will always be "behind the counter" in spirit.
I'll miss ya Bill ...

Please accept my heartfelt sympathy on the passing of my good friend. Bill was a tireless worker and a good man who treated everyone as if they were his friend. I've missed seeing him whenever I've gone into COGOs and will think of him whenever I am there. Please know that he will remain in my prayers always, and I look forward to seeing him one day in Heaven, where we will bask in the warmth of Christ's countenance.
