Just want to let you know that there's never a day that I don't think about you. you were always the best parent any child could hope for. took us camping , hiking canoeing . you made me work hard, sometimes made me feel foolish. I remember the thousand islands, Howe caverns, Florida trip in the ford F-250, with no seat belts. It's hard for me to be that guy . Billy has taken charge of that amazing boat you built. Every time he takes it out, the old timers give a great compliment. Billy is reminded of his grandfather and gets teary eyed when he tells me. Life is becoming Full circle. You have eleven grand children who get sermoned every weekend about you and mom. Please rest in peace. Ill be there one day with a six pack of Ballentine ale. We'll talk about the old days. Lucia has been a blessing, thanks to you Dad. Miss Ya Billy

Dad, had sausage and peppers with Lucia and the entire family.. Was Good. I told her not to cook all of them and we ran short. The kids wrecked the grass and stole bamboo from Eberts place. Grill worked great, ignition , one click! We all heard you , in the back of our minds, well wish you were here..... Next time I want to use the hibachi thing. Just seems like yesterday. Love Ya, George

I received this from my friend David Davenport in England this morning...
" Thank you for letting me know about Bill. Please pass on my heartfelt condolences to the family, I felt meeting them was a huge pleasure I will always remember with much much affection. I thank Bill and his amazing children for giving me that opportunity to get to know them just a little and for making me feel so welcome in their company. May they soon find peace and be able to rejoice at a life well lived."
