William KIRK Obituary
October 30, 1924 - August 8, 2013
It is with great sadness that the family of Cameron Kirk announces his passing at the age of 88 years. Cherishing his memory are his three children: Brent (Janice) Kirk, Kevin (Judy) Kirk, and Deborah (Kevin) O'Coin; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild, and two on the way; Winnie Kirk, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Cameron was predeceased by his parents, Midford and Flossie Kirk, his sister and brother-in-law, Muriel and Ken Seale, his sister, his wife, Ruth and his son-in-law, Craig Miller.
Cameron's musical talents, his loving, caring, and welcoming spirit will be missed by his family and all who knew him. He was always there to individually lend a hand wherever needed and also involved in several organizations that did the same.
A special thank you is extended by the family to the staff of the Allen Gray Continuing Care Centre for their tremendous level of care and compassion shown to Cam and his family during his time there.
A Celebration of Cameron's Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 15, 2013 at Southside Church of the Nazarene, 10712 - 29 Avenue, Edmonton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.

My uncle was a wonderful man whom I loved dearly. We will always remember him for his booming voice, his great bear hugs and the stories he loved to tell. We know now he is reunited with all others of our family who have also left us here, and we know they are having a grand reunion, most likely filled with music. Brent, Kevin and Debbie you have been so lucky to have a wonderful father. You are all to be commended for the caring ways you took care of him in the last few years. To hear Cam sing a hymn is to never forget him. For me it is ""For his eye is on the sparrow", for Tony it is "Thou will keep in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee". His warm spirit lives on in his children.

I will miss seeing Cam's smiling face surrounded by his loving family on Sunday afternoons in the Allen Gray dining room. My coffee carafe will never be empty on Sundays now.
Cherish the wonderful memories of a wonderful person who's now safe in heaven.
