Mr. Legg was an exceptional leader. He was always loyal to his community. Every time that we contacted him to come to one of our Veteran's Day Ceremonies or Awards Ceremony he would always attend in any state of health. I have nothing more to say except that Mr. Legg will ALWAYS be remembered as one of many who provided for us the freedom to enjoy the privelege of waking up every morning in this great nation that we call, America! My prayers go to all of Mr. Legg's family members and I hope that the legacy of Mr. Legg continues to inspire many citizens.

When you mention the words Limestone County, Bill Leggs name will always be a part of the tradition of this county. From his never tiring work ethics to his always being available for family and friends. We are a better community because of his efforts, and he will be missed terribly.
