hello again dear scholosser clan. i am truly saddened to hear of owen's passing. like my sister, i remember very well those driving assignments and baby-sitting days. back then owen impressed me with his artistic talent, his calm measured approach, and sharp intelligence. i enjoyed playing with everyone back then probably as much as they did! the schlosser family inspired me to want to have six kids myself because i so enjoyed each and every one's individuality and spunk.
i wish you all peace, love, and support as you navigate the shock and sadness of grief.

Dear Evelyn, Mary-Pat, Caroline, Colin, and Jane,
It only seems like yesterday when I was a babysitter for the Schlosser brood and chauffering the girls to speech, dance, and cadets after-school. I am dumbfounded at your tremendous loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Coach Owen taught all three of my Girls tennis for the past 4 years. They loved Coach Owen and miss him dearly because he made every day fun and genuinely enjoyed spending time with him. His love for what he enjoyed showed through in everything he did.
A rare attribute to be found in anyone, never mind a 22 year old. We are all going to miss and remember "Coach Owen".

Coach Owen taught all three of my Girls tennis for the past 4 years. They loved Coach Owen and miss him dearly because he made every day fun and genuinely enjoyed spending time with them. His love for what he enjoyed showed through in everything he did.

My ode to Owen: the laughter seemed to start in his toes, deep and strong for someone with his slim frame. It percolated up to explode with mirth and merriment. His eyes sparkled, his grin widened and every part of his body and spirit rejoiced in the delight of the joke, the fun and the human connection.
Whenever I hear someone laughing with all their heart, I will think of Owen

As Owen's soccer coach at Scona, I was always impressed at Owen's high levels of teamwork and tenacity. The Scona community was deeply affected by this loss and the Men's soccer team dedicated their city-championship this year to Owen's memory.
