He was a wonderful man. He got my sister Lynne's car out of our driveway when it was icy, with his truck. Anita was our dear friend. Miss you both

I only knew Billy in the summer. He was my Grandmother's summer neighbor. Yet being neighbors for only 3 months out of the year did not stop Billy from being as kind and as friendly as a neighbor of 50 years. He was always ready with a "hello" and a smile.
My heart goes out to you Anita and Forest. It seems that his time here on earth was cut too short. May the Lord help you through your grief and suffering. You summer neighbor
