Age 61, on Sunday, June 25, 2017, formerly of Carrick. Beloved son of the late William E., Sr. and Helen; husband of Janet Nath; stepfather of Jennifer (Herb) Ashbaugh; Pap of Herbie, Madelynn, and Mason Ashbaugh; brother of Christine (Henry) Weber and Regina (Lloyd) Short; also survived by several nieces, nephews, and their families. Friends will be received at the JOHN F. SLATER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood, 15227, on Wednesday, June 28, 2017, from 6-8 p.m. and Thursday, June 29, 2017, from 2-8 p.m. Funeral prayer on Friday morning at 9:45 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Apostle Parish, St. Wendelin Church at 10:30 a.m. If desired, family suggests contributions to National Multiple Sclerosis Society - PA Keystone Chapter, 1501 Reedsdale St., Ste. 105, Pittsburgh, PA 15233.
