Yolanda Young Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jul. 28, 2025.
Yolanda Angela (Andreotti) Young, 87, sadly passed away Sunday, July 13, 2025 at home after a long sickness. Born June 30, 1938 in Canton, MA., she was the daughter of Angelina (Manganiello) and Carmine Andreotti. She joins her parents, her sister Maria Belich, brother Anthony Andreotti and his wife Patricia, and her son Edward G. Young in heaven. Survived by her brother Victor and his wife Janet Andreotti of Norwood, MA.

She attended Saint John's high school in Canton. Yolanda and her friends would sneak to the local movie theater every Friday night to see the movie stars of the 50's. She loved James Dean and Frank Sinatra.

Yolanda rarely missed a day of work. A strong, classy dressed woman with a great sense of humor. Easy to talk to and made many lifelong friends wherever she went. Yoli enjoyed traveling and spent many years living in Florida by the beach driving a red convertible. There wasn't a stray cat that would go hungry. Always willing to help anyone.

She leaves a daughter, Nancy Young of Lakeville, MA., who cared for her till the end. A son, Joseph Young and his wife Alissa of Uxbridge, MA. A granddaughter Tabitha Young, whom she adored. As well as many neices and nephews.

When you think of Yolanda remember her smile, her laugh, her thoughtfulness and gifts, and how she would always ask first how you were doing, and smile. Mom you are loved and will be missed forever until we meet again on the other side. Love you Mom
