Ms. Smith was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. Alex and Mrs. Beaulah Smith; her siblings, Mr. James Smith and Ms. Edna Brown. She is survived by her siblings, Mr. Ulysess Smith, Sr. (Alice) and Ms. Lillian Smith; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Viewing for Ms. Smith will be Friday, May 2, 2014 from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM at Gethsemane Baptist Church. The family will be receiving friends from 7:00-8:00 PM. Ms. Smith was 74 years old.
