SPENCERVILLE —Anna M. Zwiebel, 97, passed away peacefully at 7 AM Sunday, December 27, 2020 in the Roselawn Manor in Spencerville, where she had resided 13 years.
She was born May 18, 1923 in Spencerville, a daughter of the Late Frank and Iva Detrick Stonehill. On September 16, 1944 she married Walter E. Zwiebel, who died January 25, 1980.
Surviving are her two children, Stanley W. (Diane K.) Zwiebel of Cridersville and Kathleen A. Nighswander of Delphos, 4 grandchildren; Amy Nighswander of Delphos, Craig (Marcey) Zwiebel of Norwood, PA., Brian Zwiebel of Perrysburg and Jason Zwiebel of Lima and 2 great grandsons, Jacob and Jeremy Zwiebel.
Anna was preceded in death by her siblings; Donald Stonehill, Dorothy Stonehill, Helen Stonehill, Robert Stonehill, Mary Wolff, Martha Schlagbaum and Betty Krick.
She was a 1941 graduate of Spencerville High School. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Wapakoneta.
Private family funeral services will be 10:30 AM Monday, January 4, 2021 in the Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home in Spencerville with Pastor Bob Sweeney officiating. Burial will follow in the Spencerville Cemetery. There will be no public visitation.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Roselawn Manor Activities Fund, 420 East Fourth Street, Spencerville, Ohio 45887. Condolences may be made to [email protected]

I have such sweet memories of Aunt Anna ! Many from the farm where us kids laughed and played ! Such special times !
