DALE SCHMUTZ
PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. — Dale H. Schmutz, Jr., 46, of Port Charlotte, FL passed away suddenly August 8, 2015. He was born September 30, 1968 in Lima, OH. Dale was a licensed carpenter and worked in the construction business. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed sports, especially watching Ohio State basketball and football. Dale "signature outfits" were a team jersey and cap to match.
Dale will be greatly missed by his parents, Dale and Sue; daughters, Jodi Long and Brittany Long; sisters, Nancy (Melt) Butler, Lori Schmutz, Cathy (Todd) Stubbs and Julie (Tom) McCormick; 3 grandchildren and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held at 6pm, Friday, August 14, 2015 at New Day Christian Church, 20212 Peachland Blvd., Port Charlotte, FL 33954. Memorial donations may be made to New Day Christian Church.
