Dewey Morris Obituary
LIMA -- Dewey A. Morris, 56, passed away at 2:00 pm, December 10, 2022 at Lima Memorial Health System.
He was born May 18, 1966 in Lima to Jesse (Faye) Morris and Marcia Thomas, his Father survives in Lima and his Mother preceded him in death. On May 16, 1992, he married Lucinda Sue Simpson who survives in Lima.
Dewey was a floor installer for T and D Interiors. He was an avid golfer and had played softball. He was a huge fan of the Dallas Cowboys and the Cincinnati Reds, he loved his family, especially having fun with the Grandkids. He was helpful to all he thought was in need.
Survivors include: 3 Daughters, Dawn Norris of Cridersville, Ashley Contris, Christina (Jason Ball) Morris of Lima; 5 Grandchildren - William, Alyssa, Aidan, Harper and Jacey; 4 Brothers, Kevin (Heather) Morris of Defiance, Tim (Angie) Morris of Defiance, Michael Walters of Lima, Mikey (Tracy) Morris of Lima; 3 Sisters, Terri (Johnny) Boyles, Lisa Brandt, and Tammy Morris all of Lima; Close Friend, Richard Groves.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm until time of services at 3:00 pm Thursday at Chiles-Laman Funeral and Cremation Services Shawnee Chapel with Pastor Shane Crites officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
