DONALD SHERARD
LIMA — Donald L Sherard, 63, passed away April 29, 2014, at 11:25 am, at his residence.
Donald was born March 3, 1951 in Harrod, OH, to Bernard C. and Ida M. (Johns) Sherard who preceded him in death. On June 10, 1972 he married Katrina Wilson Sherard who survives in Lima, OH
Don enjoyed bowling, playing softball, fishing, hunting and camping at the Robins Nest camp grounds. He loved spending time with his family, friends and his two dogs Cookie and Baby Girl. Don was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. He will be deeply missed.
Survivors include: 3 Children: Katina (Larry) Caprella, Donald L. (Amy) Sherard II, Krystal (Dustin Bowers) Sherard, Grandchildren: Taylor, Samantha, Larry, Skyler, Tyler and Holden, 3 Brothers, Richard (Linda) Sherard, Charles (Debbie) Sherard, John (Deb) Sherard, 2 Sisters, Judy (Tom) Snyder, Mary Sherard, Many Nieces and Nephews.
Preceded in death by: 2 Sisters, Betty Sherard, Linda Anderson, Brother, Bernard C. Sherard Jr.
Services will be held May 3, 2014 at 9:00 am at Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services - Eastside Chapel. Pastor Brandon Wireman to officiate the service. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery following the service.
Friends may call Friday, May 02, 2014 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services - Eastside Chapel.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Rita's Hospice or the family.
