She was born on March 16, 1937, to Robert and Norma "Toddy" (Todd) Rozelle. Both preceded her in death. On February 2, 1957, she was united in marriage to Edward P. Fritz. He survives in Delphos.

Also surviving are Jacquie's two sons, James "JP" (Patty) Fritz of Sunbury, and Eric (Gina) Fritz of Delphos; a brother Todd (Jan) Rozelle of Delphos; five grandchildren, Jeff (Megan) Fritz, Marysa (Taylor) Bowersock, and Kylie (Luke) Wrasman all of Delphos, Zachary Fritz of Columbus and Jacob Fritz of Cleveland; nine great-grandchildren, Matthew, Isaac, Morgan, and Emma Fritz; Adelayne, Grady, and Jacelyn Bowersock; and Stella and Ava Wrasman, all of Delphos; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Jacquie was a member of St Peter's Lutheran Church in Delphos. There, she was the choir director and a catechism teacher. Jackie retired from Franklin Elementary School where she had taught Kindergarten for over twenty five years. She was a member of the Green Thumb Garden Club, the Eastern Star for 50 years, charter member of the Jefferson's Booster Club, and Women of the Red Hat Lutheran's Club where she flew all over to represent Delphos. She volunteered at Jefferson High School for years with the high school musical and the middle school's talent show. She was also a Cub Scout leader.

Jacquie had a passion for teaching. Each student was special to her. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were shining lights in her life. Her favorite times were visiting with them. Jacquie did not know a stranger. She always saw the good in everyone as she lived a life where Christ was at the center. She would help anyone with a need putting others before herself at all times. She will be missed by so many people, but her voice will always be heard by them, as she always had a story to tell! Jacquie loved to talk, live, laugh, and love!

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 2, 2023, at St. Peter Lutheran Church, Delphos, OH. Vicar Carol Pretorius will officiate. Visitation will be held from 2-4 pm and 5-8 pm on Sunday, January 1, 2023, at Harter & Schier Funeral Home. An Eastern Star Service will be held Sunday at 3:30 p.m.
