Much like his phot above, Jim was an upbeat and carpe diem person! I remember my first time meeting him as a member of a Derby golf team where all four of us hit our approach shots into #14 within 3' of the cup with Jim's being the best of the best! Jim and I would bring that moment up every time afterwards when together. Sympathies to his family and may his soul RIP.

I want to extend my sincere sympathies to Linda and the entire Staley family. Bonnie & I shared good memories with Jim & Linda socially, on the golf course and traveling. Jim was fun to be around & always took good natured kidding about his love of the Michigan Wolverines all in stride....most of the time. After all he was pretty much surrounded by Buckeye fans most of the time. Jim will be missed with his dry wit and for his friendship. Please know Linda that you & your family are in our good thoughts and prayers. Rest In Peace Jim.
