Jeffrey Carter Obituary
LIMA -- Jeffrey Kevin Carter, age 69 of Lima, passed Thursday, September 4, 2025. He was born November 4, 1955 in Lima, Ohio. His mother, Mirene Carter Sexton, survives in Lima and his step father – Russ Sexton, who raised him, preceded him in death.
Jeff was an Elida High School graduate and a proud U.S. Navy Veteran.
He is survived by a half brother – Paul (Stacy) Sexton and a half sister – June (Rick) Fields.
No public services are planned. He will be laid to rest in Fairmount Cemetery, near Uniopolis. Arrangements by Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville.
