ADA — Rebecca A. "Becky" Spradlin, 41, died at 10:24 a.m. Jan. 17, 2016, at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.

Private family services will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are by Hanson-Neely Funeral Home in Ada.
