ROBERT GARVER
LIMA — Robert "Bobby" Garver, 54, died at 11:55 PM on Sunday, April 13, 2014, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, Ohio.
Robert "Bobby" was born on September 30, 1959, in Lima, Ohio, to the late Bud Garver and Mary Ann (Bilopavlovich) Garver.
Robert married Jackie Meier on July 22, 2012. She survives in Lima. He was a self employed "Jack of all Trades and Master of None".. He was a 1978 Graduate of Lima Senior High School. He loved fishing, animals, was an avid sports fan of the LBJ, and followed the Lima Central Catholic Thunderbirds. He was the "King of Jokes".
He is survived by: a son, Tony Garver, of Columbus, OH; a daughter Jennifer Garver, of FL; a step daughter, Tina Rolsten, of Lima, OH; three grandchildren, Alanna Garver, Caselin Williams, and Luka Garver; a sister Carolyn Stroube, of Cridersville, OH; a brother. Bill (Kathy) Garver, of FL; a brother, Gary (Jane) Garver, of FL; a brother, Joe (Cindy) Garver, of Celina, OH; a sister - Darlene (Mike) Wiesenmayer, of Lima, OH;a sister Cindy (Lee) Shong, of Defiance, OH; a sister, Kathy (Mike) Love,of KY;a sister Gina (Lowell) Smith, of Harrod, OH; beloved companion, "Buddy" surviving in Lexington, KY; several nieces & nephews.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.
A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at St. Rose Catholic Church with Rev. David M. Ross officiating.
Interment will be in Gethsemani Cemetery at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to C/O Mary Ann "Gina" Smith/ for the purchase of a marker, P.O. Box 294, Harrod, Ohio 45850.

Our deepest sympathies to the family, so sorry for the loss of your loved one. Bobby was close to my brother Gary and seemed like part of the family. Bobby was never without a smile, a laugh and a Great joke.
