WAPAKONETA -- Tammy Jo Myers, age 57 of Wapakoneta passed away at 9:52 a.m. January 30, 2025. She was born October 16, 1967, in St. Marys to the late
Dennis G. and Kathy Louise (Dunlap) Ward. She married George R. Myers
July 3, 1998, and he survives in Wapakoneta.
She was an active member of the St. Marys Eagles, enjoyed racing with her family and spoiling her grandkids. She was the former owner of G & T Racing.
Additional survivors include children: Cassie (Jake) Reed of Elida, Nathan Myers and Denise 'Muffy' Myers both of Wapak; 2 grandchildren: Colton and Journey Reed and siblings: Dennis (Kathy Ward of Waynesfield, Lorna Glover Ward of St. Marys, Bettie (David) Hess of Lima and Doug (Kat) Ward of Delphos and father-in-law Steve Myers of Cridersville.
She was preceded in death by mother-in-law Sharon Myers, Aunt Jane Winters and grandmother -in- law Audrey Myers.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date and memorial contributions may be given to the St. Marys Eagles.
