To Elaine, my heartfelt condolences to you and the entire family. Including the family at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church. I loved Bumpy so much, we both attended Shiloh at an early age together. And whenever I saw him, either at church functions or outside of the church. It was always a genuine love that we shared towards one another. And you could not walk into Shiloh and not know who Bumpy was. Always nicely dressed, and ready to meet you with a smile and hug. It is without saying that Bumpy will truly be missed by those that knew and truly loved him.

I worked with Bumpy for many years at Dana . He told me the story of how he came to be called " Bumpy"and the rest of what the doctor said when he was born and he told me not to tell the guys at work. He also hung a nickname on me, I was forever known to him as "Mr.Busy" We had some great times at work ! Rest in peace my brother, until we meet again.
