It is with profound sadness that we announce the heavenly transition of Jasper Charles Welton, age 91, of Cincinnati, Ohio, who entered eternal rest on Monday, March 31, 2025, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born on Sunday, March 18, 1934, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at the Inspirational Bible Church (Formerly James Temple COGIC), 1116 Lincoln Avenue, Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy he leaves behind. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery, 11200 Princeton Pike, Springdale, Ohio 45246.
