I´m so sorry to see that John´s life came to an end. I was kinda shocked really. John and I met when we were just little kids. Then we went to the same church for awhile together. We went to the same high school together. I saw John just periodically throughout life. For some reason or another John and I had a connection. My periodic visits with John were always positive and personal. Like we had been close friends our whole life. Some 15-20 yrs ago we ran into one another at an event and it all made sense to me!! What a great example of a man is and how a friend should be. Sorry that you have passed. I´m sure we will see one another again!! You always seemed to do the right thing for the reason.
You will missed , your friend Gary Tremble

The memories of John that I have are truly unforgettable. He was a solid friend; a friend you could depend on through thick and thin. Yes, we had some crazy times together in high School: the stories that I can tell would amaze everyone. John, I wish we could sit down with one more last drink and revel on our past glories. Rest in Peace.

John. This is about you and the kind and generous man I knew by happenstance while growing up in Lodi.

I was introduced to you, your brother, Tootsie, and your Mom and Dad while you lived next door to my single mother and two other siblings. I was at an age that only my big sister could tell me how old I was way back when. Your home was the warm, calm, and loving family every child seeks.

John. Your extremely generous spirit and genuine smile gifted everyone instantly before you even knew who was there. Open and welcoming with an abundance of love and a desire to please came naturally to you. I envied that.

John. You leave a legacy of dignity that will shine forever. You remind me so very much of Dan because you, too, were one of the very few "good guys" in this world.

I am so very proud to say I knew you ~ the memories of you will live as long as I do. My love for you will be my comfort. May you rest at peace with the knowledge that your mission on this Earth was complete. Say hi to Otis for me.

Words cannot express how saddened I am about John´s passing. He was a solid person and my good friend for many years. We shared many life experiences together while friends in high school and roommates in college and I cherish them all. I will never forget our numerous adventures and epic battles in tennis, whiffle ball baseball and backgammon - which John usually won. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Rest in peace my friend.

I was so sorry to hear of John´s death. He grew up at the same time as my two boys and they were all in school together. May memories of happy family times spent together be a comfort to the family in the days and months ahead.
