The Plan of the Master Weaver
Our lives are but fine weavings
That God and we prepare,
Each life becomes a fabric planned
And fashioned in His care.
We may not always see just how
The weavings intertwine,
But we must trust the Master’s hand
And follow His design.
For he can view the pattern
Upon the upper side,
While we must look from underneath
And trust in Him to guide.
Sometimes a strand of sorrow
Is added to His plan,
And though it’s difficult for us,
We still must understand
That it’s He who fills the shuttle,
It’s He who know what’s best,
So we must weave in patience
And leave to Him the rest.
Not till the loom, is silent
And shuttles cease to fly,
Shall God unroll the canvas
And explain the reason why--
The dark threads are as needed
In the Weaver’s skillful hand
As the threads of gold an silver
In the pattern He has planned.

Cookie, Rhonda and children:
I am very sorry about the loss of Ron to your family and all his friends. I just want to share how much fun I had working with Ron at the ranch and sharing time with the two of you for so many years. He always made me laugh and never missed giving me a huge hug. I will miss his big grin and the smerky look he always gave me when I saw him.
All my love,

Cookie, Rhonda & Family,
May God bring you comfort. Grandpa Ron will be missed and always loved. Ron was a surrogate Grandpa to Dani and a friend to our family. Many were the times that he watched and cheered them on during their softball game, picked the girls up from a rainy school day, and cared for Dani when she had the flu. I remember one time when he made repeated trips to the market to accomodate her ailing hunger. When I picked her up and scolded her for being so demanding, she looked over at Grandpa Ron and they both just grinned, and there I stood with nothing more to say. He was truly her Grandpa too. Danielle, thank you for sharing your wonderful Grandpa with Dani. We loved his accepting personality and unique sense of humor. It seemed he always had enough love to go around. Treasure the memories and know that your Husband, Dad and Grandpa touched the lives of many in a very special way. He will be greatly missed and always remembered---

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our friends and family for the outpouring of love, support and kind words about my father during this difficult time in our lives. My dad was a wonderful, loving and definately humorous man who never had anything bad to say about anyone, and hearing and seeing all the wonderful things about him is very heartwarming for us.
This obviously is a very hard time in our life, but with you all as friends, comforting us with your presence and love makes it a little easier for us.
He fought a good fight BUT we have definately lost a wonderful husband, father, papa, brother, uncle and friend!
Thank you all!
