Robert Damast

I was deeply saddened to learn today (6-15)from the Westchester County Bar Assn. of Bob's passing. Over the past 20+ years I had various Surrogate's Court cases with Bob both as adversary and co-counsel and once where he was a Guardian ad Litem in a difficult matter involving the reformation of an inter vivos trust.
Bob was always the consummate advocate and always a gentleman with a calm intelligent approach to the practice of law. My condolences to his family on this great loss.
