Fanny was always an extra-special person in my life -- going back to the very late 60s. I have so many wonderful and fond memories of her, the earliest being the many family holidays at her house. I can tell you with great authority AND experience that it is true. The woman could cook! On said holidays, I remember lying on the couch because I was too full to sit up. And Fanny -- my "Fanooch," -- I will never forget your care for my mother when she was so sick. These memories are engraved in my heart and memory forever. I love you and you will be missed by me and by so many.
