I remember George quite well when we played baseball at MVHS. He was a fun guy, awonderful teammate and well regarded and like by all who knew him. After I graduated in 1963, I never saw him again, but read his exploits as a baseball star at NYU. I had rhe pleasure of knowing his nephew Brian, who I worked with when he was part of the City Hall administration in 2009. I also knew other members of his family. Here it is at the end of 2023 and my thoughts fo back to the Bochows.
