Giuseppe Lofaro Obituary
Giuseppe Lofaro a resident of Rye Brook died May 7, 2012. He was 86 and was born in Scillia Reggio Calabria Italy on March 22, 1926 to the late Rocco and Domenica Lofaro. He was a retired Grounds men for the Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Valhalla, NY. He is survived by his wife Giovanna (nee: Lagana) Lofaro and daughter Domenica Lofaro both of Rye Brook, NY., son Rocco Lofaro and wife Francesca of Mount Kisco, grandchildren Joseph, Joanna, Maria, Antonette, and Frank and great granddaughter Layla, sisters Francesca Oliveri and Giuseppa Pierotta both of Italy. He was predeceased by his brothers Peter, Antonio and Rocco and sisters Santa Lofaro and Marianna Buiti. Visitation will be today Wednesday May 9, from 4-8PM at Craft Memorial Home, Inc. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10AM on Thursday May 10, 2012 at Our Lady of Mercy Church 260 Westchester Ave. Port Chester, NY. Entombment to follow at Saint Mary's Cemetery Rye Brook, NY.
