GLENN ANGELL Obituary

Glenn H. Angell, of Suffern, NY, died suddenly in a motorcycle accident on Saturday, June 19th, 2004. He was 38 years old. He was born in Washington, D.C. on July 24th, 1965. He was raised in Suffern and attended Suffern High School. With diverse interests and abilities, he has been involved in different professions over the years - including work as a draftsman in his uncle's engineering firm; he served a full apprenticeship with a master painter and for many years has worked as a commercial painter. He did woodworking, contracting work and was a notoriously fast and efficient worker. Glenn was the beloved son of Glenn T. and Doris Angell. He is also survived by his three sisters - Lisa Hamill (Nick) of Tacoma, WA; Susan Angell of Mahwah, NJ and Amy Angell of Suffern, who was his beloved youngest sister; his grandmother, Alva Davidsen of Ft. Wayne, IN and his Aunt, Vivian and Tore Hansen of PA. He was the favorite uncle of Nathan, Olivia and Eva. He will also be missed by his faithful companions, dogs Zeus and Athena. He is now celebrating eternal life with Jesus Christ, with his cherished grandmother and grandfather who predeceased him. Glenn had many dear friends - he appreciated all their support. He was a gentle spirit and will be tremendously missed by us all. Calling Hours will be held on Thursday June 24, 2004 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Scarr Funeral Home, Route 202, Suffern. A Funeral Service will be held Thursday evening at 8:00 PM at the Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be held Friday, June 25, 2004 at Brick Church Cemetery in New Hempstead, NY.
