MATTHEW ANDRESEN Obituary

ANDRESEN, MATTHEW G. Matthew G. Andresen, of Hawthorne, died suddenly at his home on Sunday, August 21st. Born November 18, 1979, he was a lifelong resident of Hawthorne. Matthew graduated from Westlake High School and went on to Westchester Community College where he discovered his love of acting. He was an ardent body builder, basketball player and enjoyed playing poker with his brother and friends. At the time of his death, he was employed by Coldwell Banker in White Plains as a residential real estate agent. Matthew is survived by his loving parents, Pamela and Robert Andresen and his brothers Justin and Brian. He is also survived by his grandparents Elizabeth and Paul Pazoga, his uncle Michael Pazoga and his nephew Alexander Andresen. His dog Zoe, who he loved, was also an important part of his life. He also had a special place in his heart for Pattie Cairo. His paternal grandparents Marion and Oscar Andresen predeceased him. Matthew will be remembered as a caring and giving son, brother and friend. He was fiercely loyal and lived life to the fullest. His family would like to thank all the teachers, doctors, employers and others who touched Matthew's life and made a difference in ways that only Matthew knew. Matthew's family will receive friends and family tonight (Wed.) from 7-9 pm at Beecher Funeral Home, Pleasantville, NY where his Funeral Service will be held at 8 pm. Interment of his remains will be Saturday 11 am at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY.
