Michael Santangelo Obituary
Michael George Santangelo, 16, of Rye. Born on August 14, 1996, the son of Lisa Falco Santangelo and Michael Santangelo, brother of Maria Rose Santangelo, grandson of Maria Falco, William Falco, Rose Santangelo and the late George Santangelo. Michael, a sophomore at Loyola School in NY, will be remembered for his kind, caring, loving heart and radiant smile. May he rest in peace. The family will receive friends at the Graham Funeral Home on Thursday from 4 PM to 8 PM. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 11 AM at Church of St. Ignatius Loyola in New York, NY. Entombment will follow at Ferncliff Mausoleum in Hartsdale, NY. In lieu of flowers donation should be made to a scholarship fund in his memory at Loyola School, 980 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10028.

Our entire family will miss Michael. He loved to tease MIchele. He would text her about Syracuse U's wins and losses. He also called her the craziest names! Tommy loved when MIchael asked him to “shoot some hoops”. Katie loved the Knicks game we went to with Michael; he taught her everything she now knows about basketball. He was a warm, generous host to our family when we lost power for twelve days following Hurricane Sandy. The world has indeed lost a most remarkable, generous, kind young man.
