Peter Stankus Obituary
Nanuet, - Peter Paul Stankus, Jr. of Nanuet, New York went to be with his Lord Jesus Christ on May 7th, 2020. His passing was the result of complications due to the Covid-19 virus. Peter grew up in New York City, had a career as an advertising director and raised a family in Park Ridge, New Jersey. He is survived by his wife of almost 60 years, Tina Stankus, his sons, Peter, and his wife, Margo, of Pearl River, New York, and James, and his wife, Kathy, of River Vale, New Jersey. His life's proudest moments came from being a dearly loved grandfather to his grandchildren, Brianna, Sarah, Christa, Josiah, and Emma Stankus. Plans for a memorial service are awaiting the passing of the pandemic. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made on his behalf to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
