Philip Burnette Obituary
Tarrytown - Philip D. Burnette, (60), a life-long resident of Tarrytown, NY departed this life on January 29, 2020 at Northwell Phelps Hospital, in Sleepy Hollow, NY after enduring a long illness. Philip was born in Ayer, MA and raised in Tarrytown, NY. He graduated from Sleepy Hollow High School in 1977. Philip owned and operated, The Cell Phone Surgeon, where he diagnosed and repaired damaged mobile devices. He was a devoted father and had a generous spirit of helping those in need. Philip leaves to cherish his memory and mourn his loss, his father William N. Burnette; brother Brian K, two sons, Philip and Desmond and a host of nieces, friends and relatives. A viewing will be held at Dwyer & Michael's Funeral Home 90 North Broadway, Tarrytown, NY 10591 on Thursday, February 6th, from 6-9pm. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 7th, at 10:00am at the First Baptist Church, 56 South Broadway, Tarrytown, NY 10591. Interment will Follow at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery.
