Ritchi Morris Obituary

Morris, Dr. Ritchi

Dr. Ritchi Morris passed away on July 19, 2015. Born on January 26, 1944, he served as a lieutenant in the Army from 1966-1967, and later became a 3rd degree black belt in karate and a champion power lifter while earning three master's and two doctoral degrees. He was a Doctor of Integrative Medicine and a Clinical Psychologist, whose great joy was helping people to heal, get the most satisfaction possible from their lives, and achieve peak performance in their endeavors. Dr. Morris published numerous articles and invented the Morriscope, a device that determines empirically an individual's most powerful and most debilitating hues of color, and applies these to syndromes and performance.

Dr. Morris is survived by his sister, Carol Morris, cousin, Marna Weinstock, nieces, Rachel Weinstock and Adrienne Slover, as well as by devoted friends.

A small memorial service for family and friends will be held in August. In honor of Ritchi, please consider making a contribution to his favorite charity, the Paralyzed Veterans of America.

We will always miss you. You helped us find love in our faltering marriage, for which we will be eternally grateful. You were a hero in so many ways.
