ROSEMARY ZORN Obituary

Rosemary G. Zorn passed away Friday, March 8, 2002 in Asheville, NC. She was born in Haverstraw, NY on October 12, 1914. She was the Haverstraw Town Clerk for 20 years prior to her retirement in 1978. She was the daughter of the late Hollis F. and Mary McDermott Griffin and was also predeceased by her husband Harvey C. Zorn and her brother F. Hollis Griffin. Mrs. Zorn is survived by two children: Harvey C. Zorn of Tampa, FL and Karen Abshire of Asheville, NC; five grandchildren: Beth Zorn Haynes of Littleton, CO; Jeffrey Zorn of Tampa, FL; John, Corey and Brian Constantine all of Asheville, NC; and three great-grandchildren: Michael and Karlie Constantine and Griffin Haynes. Also surviving are two brothers: Vincent Griffin of New City and Emmett Griffin of West Haverstraw; three sisters: Genavieve Costello of Tomkins Cove, Joan Scheideler of DuMont, NJ and Regina Pingatore of Ocean, NJ; and 23 nieces and nephews. Funeral and Burial Services will be private. Memorials may be made to the Mountain Area Hospice, P.O. Box 16, Asheville, NC 28802.
