I am bereft beyond words. Her motherly love meant the world to me for so many years and I will love and adore her forever. She loved me unconditionally in all my forms and was always there with a kind hug a story and right good belly laugh. I will miss you always. Until we hug again Sending all my love to BT ((HUGS)) you so tight

I am in complete shock. I´ve known Carla for several years. She signed up to sell makeup online and we became Facebook friends. I tried to get her to change her profile picture from a cartoon to her actual face for years! It became a running joke between us and I was so proud when she finally decided to show her beautiful face on Facebook. We´ve shared lots of virtual laughs over the last 6+ years. I´m so so sorry to hear of her passing. Sending lots of prayers to her family and friends.

I was 16 when I met Carla, she was the quiet neighbor who lived in the fancy house next to us. She had amazing short red hair and was always put together so very well. We didn´t talk much back then but I always felt she was pretty. Jump forward a decade and my brother became a penpal to the neighbor and we had gone up to an Easter Egg hunt and lots of kids everywhere. Jump again to watching Kerry and carla followed us on his bike while singing Christmas carols and a quick hello during a motor home adventure. Being an introvert myself we didn´t bond much but she was oh so friendly when she talked on the phone. She lived, she cried, and she repeated a few times. She worried about my brother and he worried about her. My brother .... Well he is a little bit of a fish out of water. They were each others ying and yang. They had a mutual love and what more can you ask for in this life My heart aches for those she touched especially my brother and her brother and the nieces and nephews she cares about hugs to you all.

I met Carla on FB, shortly after losing my husband. The group was familiar with who I was because I would send updates about my husband. Carla was very caring and loving. She was passionate about many things. I truly miss her and even though we never met, I felt like I knew her my whole life. She truly was a beautiful woman.

Carla, it will probably never feel for real, that you are not here with Baby Jean and I, but I feel you are flying high above, enjoying the sparkles and shiny things that surround you, being free like the eagles you used to watch on the internet. Did they give you a number, so we can track you? We miss you bunches and are working to figure out how we are supposed to just move on... Thank you for sharing your life with us; you were the key, we were missing and searching for, all along... We love you and miss you, oh so much.. Carla and I met in a Facebook crochet group. We never met personally, but became virtual friends. She was always pleasant and would give encouragement when needed or offered an ear to listen. She will be missed.
