Charles Calvin Boler

1958 - 2022

Charles Calvin Boler was born on March 6, 1958 on a Navy Base in Millington Tennessee to Percy John Boler and Jessie Mae Boler. He traveled with the family and grew up on various military installations or nearby towns according to where his Father was stationed.

Calvin as he was affectionately called by family and friends graduated from Lompoc High School in 1977 where he distinguished himself as the consummate athlete, proving himself to be a champion with tremendous heart, speed, strength, and skill on the gridiron. He also excelled in wrestling, basketball and baseball, and was the recipient of many awards.

Calvin loved to watch football with his friends and was an excellent cook. He loved riding his bike, fishing, boating, and spending time with his daughters. He loved the music of the 70's and his eyes would light up when he heard the music to Boogie Nights

Calvin had a very winsome personality and was genuinely liked by many people. He would go above and beyond in helping people.

After graduating from High School Calvin worked for John Mansfield Company "and later graduated from X ray Technician School in San Luis Obispo.

Calvin met the love of his life, Rebecca Trancoso In Lompoc California and married her. To this Union were born two lovely daughters, Tameka and Latasha

Calvin departed this life on Friday January 21, 2022 and is survived by his daughters Tamika Boler and Latasha Dulaney, Son in Law, Jeff Dulaney, Mother, Jessie Boler, Brother, Stivies Boler, Sisters Debbie Boler and Gail Scales, Sister-in-law, Jennifer Boler, Grandchildren, Tatiana, Dominique, Jace and a host of family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Percy J Boler and his eldest brother Percy Boler Jr.

I went to High School in Lompoc with Calvin.
Very likeable and popular guy.
Respectful to all.

I LOVE YOU Calvin! We all miss you so much, but we also know that God loves you too! You are in the best hands every now! Rest in His POWER, we will never forget you and I will hang on to your memories forever. Until we are reunited again - rest peacefully my dear brother.
