Mrs. Domingos was my grandmother, Louise Artis´s good friend. Together they produced the Carousel of Cultures, an annual celebration of all races and ethnicities that was held on Martin Luther King Day in Lompoc for many years. I remember Mrs. Domingos as a kind and good person. As a kid we would have lunches with her and swim in her pool. She cared, loved and provided a safe space to many. My condolences to her family.
