Albert Hancock Obituary
85, passed away Friday, August 5, 2016.
He retired from the U.S. Army and was a member of Spirit Anew Ministries.
He is survived by his wife Evelyn Hancock; children, Nadine Hayes, Ronald Smith, Yvonne Jessie (Paul) and Regina Hancock; brother, Frank Williams (Ann) and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Saturday from 9am -11am with funeral services to follow at 11am at his church, located at 1634 Rangeland Rd.; Burial: Resthaven Cemetery.
Arrangements entrused to: A.D. Porter & Sons-Southeast, 4501 Bardstown Rd.

Our loss is heaven's gain. He will truly be missed! My life is better for having known him. He will always be my favorite "boss"/supervisor. Mr. Al was instrumental in me getting my first full time job as a office manager at Forum Cafeteria. He was always laughing and joking, yet was quiet in his own way. You worked hard down here, so take your rest Mr. Al. Rest easy in the arms of the Lord.

Our loss was heaven's gain! He will be truly missed! He will always be my favorite "BOSS"/ supervisor. I will always remember that he was instrumental in me getting one of my first full time jobs at Forum Cafeteria as an office manager. Always laughing and joking yet quiet in his own way. You worked hard down here, now take your rest in the arms of the Lord. To the loved ones he left behind, remember: "To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord."
