Christopher Tyler Obituary
Chris was born December 12, 1994 in Louisville and was a senior at Bullitt Central High School where he was a member of the bowling team. He currently worked for Rue La La and was a member of Calvary Road Baptist Church.
Among those who preceded him in death include his grandmother, Norma Nieves and great-grandmother, Maria Jones.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Cynthia Tyler Bunnell (Charles); father, Jose Nieves (Beatrice); brothers, David Tyler, Antoine Unser and Makhi Nieves; sister, Makhella Nieves; grandparents, Hana Tyler and Jose Nieves, Sr. (Susan); great-great grandmother, Juanita M. Bowman; stepfather, Jody Rhea; uncle, Robert Tyler (Judy); great aunt, Nina Jones; cousin, Gina Tyler and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with burial in Brookland Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m.; Thursday, noon-8 p.m.; and Friday from noon until the time of service at Schoppenhorst.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to Kosair Children's Hospital Foundation.

Such a fine young man. Came to Pappa Joe.s and spent some time at our house (neighbor) Kind hearted and such a gentleman. So sad for the family. Was one of " The Good Guys!"

I never really got the chance to know you, but you were one of the nicest, kindest guys anyone could know. I send my condolences to everyone, and I know that if there is a heaven, we'll all see you again someday. We all miss and love you man.

Chris i miss you so much, You were my sisters boyfriend and she loves you with all her heart so do i. Everybody that knew you loved you very much. You never had anything bad to say about anybody.May you rest in peace with our heavenly farther for the rest of eternity. I hope to see you one day in heaven were we never have to say goodbye. Jose, Bea, and family want to let you know that you are in our prayers. As I was praying for you yesterday the song I can only Image came into my head. This song has special meaning for me, because it was played at the celerbation of life service for my dad. What to leave you with this verse.
God is the Father who is full of mercy and all comfort. He comforts us every time we have trouble, so when others have trouble, we can comfort them with the same comfort God gives us. We share in the many sufferings of Christ. In the same way, much comfort comes to us through Christ II Cor 1:3-5
