Charles Hook Obituary

Lakeland

Charles E Hook of Lakeland, Florida, formally of Marion Ohio and Westford Massachusetts passed away Monday July 31, 2023. On November 15, 1938, Charlie was born in Detroit Michigan, a son of the late Charles F and Harriet (Eldridge) Hook.

He graduated from Harding High School class of 1956. Charlie was a veteran of the United States Navy serving from 1958 to 1963. Following his service, he was a master printer for several printing businesses throughout his career. After retirement Charlie enjoyed golfing, bowling, karaoke, playing guitar, singing and dancing.

Charlie is survived by daughter Donna and husband Kevin Killoran of Centerville, MA; son Charles Terenzio and husband Peter Meyers of Arlington, MA; and son George and wife Allison of Boxborough, MA.

Grandchildren left to cherish his memory are Jessica Procipio, Steven Soucy, Mary Killoran and David Welcome as well as great grandchildren Ryan and Sophia Procipio. He is also survived by his sister Mary (Hook) Gorton and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Charlie was preceded in death by his daughter Mary Welcome and grandson Christopher Hook, as well as three brothers Robert, Jerry and Donald Hook and his sister Betty Hook, also preceded in death by his former wife Anita (Terenzio) Hook. No services at this time. Arrangements are pending.
